Terms & conditions

These terms apply to balloon décor services provided by Gubaarewala (operated by CodeCraze Technologies Inc.) across the Greater Toronto Area. By booking with us, you agree to the following.
Quotes and bookings
Submitting a quote request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you and received your deposit.
We recommend booking at least 5 days before your event. Requests inside 5 days may be accommodated depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your date. The remaining 80% is due on the day of your event. We accept payment by e-transfer.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your event: deposit refunded in full.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your event: the deposit is non-refundable, as materials and time have already been committed.
- For changes to a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes at short notice.
Installation and teardown
Installation is included with every booking. Teardown is included when your setup includes a backdrop or stands. For standalone garlands or arches, teardown is not included and may be added as a paid service. Your quote will state what is included.
Outdoor installations
We offer outdoor setups only in suitable conditions — ideally sunny, with little to no wind. Because weather can damage an installation or create a safety risk, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or decline an outdoor installation where conditions are unsuitable. We will discuss any such change with you.
Balloon longevity
Balloons are a temporary decorative product. As a general estimate, our indoor setups look their best for around 2 days and outdoor setups for around 1 day.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Temperature, sunlight, humidity, handling and other conditions affect how balloons perform, and we are not responsible for normal wear or for damage caused by conditions outside our control after installation.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to providing the décor described in your quote. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for damage caused by guests or third parties after installation, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, venue restrictions, or supply issues.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
